When UFCU set out to expand into the healthcare sector, Screamer.Co led the charge with a bold, research-driven campaign that stayed true to the brand’s community-first values. Our Healthcare Membership Campaign reimagined what UFCU could look like for a new audience—without losing the trust and authenticity built over generations.

We started by analyzing existing member data to develop top member profiles and predictively model where to find more. From there, we adapted the visual language to better resonate with medical professionals, while maintaining consistency with UFCU’s established identity.

In addition, we created The Financial Check-up, a content strategy built around data collected from healthcare workers. We surveyed professionals about salary, savings, debt, and goals—then created a digital experience where users could see how they stacked up against their peers. The campaign promoted both financial planning services and new memberships, driving engagement while positioning UFCU as a trusted ally in financial wellness.
